It seems that Texan Republicans are not at all good at governance. Greg Abbott told reporters that only the "winning team" does this correctly, while the losing team blames others for their loss. However, Texan government in Kerr County didn't take any of this seriously. They were asked to provide a red alert, but refused to do do until it was too late. Gotta love Republicans.

Kristi Gnome, Noem, prevented the FEMA from getting stuff out. She insisted that all claims above $100,000 be approved by her alone. That is beyond stupid! That's why we should all be concerned by Trump's picks to run this government.

Show me the President or leader from Ukraine, Russia, China or Korea that Trump has sat down with, who speaks as good of English as the President of Liberia and then, ONLY THEN, will I call Trump a racist........ show me....... you can't, just like you can't admit Trump was ignorant about Liberia's language and NOT being a racist, because you are consumed with TDS.

p.s. More than 30 indigenous languages are spoken in Liberia. However, each of these languages is spoken by only a small percentage of the Liberian population. Liberian English is the country’s common language.

Trump is escalating his feud with Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell. I guess he still doesn't realize that the Fed has 12 members who all vote. He must still believe Powell acts unilaterally.

Trump's new tariffs threats have rattled the markets again, with the Dow down more than 300 points. Trump just can't leave this economy alone.
 
I don't play the dow, however I hit a lick on MP as Trump has invested the US in American production/refinement of rare earth minerals.

Good luck with that. Most analysts don't believe we will get there in the next ten years. We simply don't have the infrastructure to do it anytime soon.
 
The Pentagon is involved and a multi BILLION dollar investment, MP is building a 2nd mining facility and a refinement facility, this is happening.

 
I don't see this happening. We don't have to the infrastructure to do this, and how would the Pentagon handle it. This is something the private sector would do.
 
Stocks are down again today thanks to Trump's new tariff threats. Maybe he'll back off this weekend and they could recover. Who knows?
 
It's happening paul, the needed infrastructure is being built right now, believe it and yes the private sector is involved and investing as well.
We are also going to have our own lead and copper primary smelters again, Trump is restoring American self reliance.
