Catholic Bishops in two dioceses have told undocumented immigrants that it's okay to miss Mass, as ICE has targeted these places to arrest them.

So you put words into my mouth that I never said, then argue with yourself..... that's mental illness.

No Trump thought someone from a foreign country spoke good English, race had nothing to do with it...... you act like Trump said " Gee boy, you speak good English for a stupid nigger. " It's a misrepresentation of Trumps attempt to pay a compliment.
 
We have a trade surplus with Brazil. Trump wrote a letter to them complaining about the way they have treated Bolsonaro, calling it a disgrace. Bolsonaro has been called the Trump of South America. He is under arrest there for trying his own Jan 6 takeover of the government after losing the election. Trump has threatened them with a 50 percent tariff.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that Trump is just stupid. Who gives an offhanded compliment that someone speaks good English when that is the language of the country they are from?;)

Trump is ignorant. That is beyond doubt. I know for a fact that Donald Trump has practiced racism many times over his life. Redlining colored people at his properties.
 
Hell, he was sued and lost in the 1970s by DOJ. He tried to call it a victory, but he LOST. He had to pay fines. It cost him a lot of money at the time.
 
A lot of people were racist in the 1970's who have seen the error of their ways, but that doesn't mean they need to virtue signal and walk a woke line today, we all know who/what we are and the only way forward if for everyone to be treated equally, any favoritism, any advantages given..... even to " make up for past sins " is only going to work against progress, CLEAN SLATE, that's the way forward.

Sadly, politicians will exploit race/gender at the expense of driving a wedge between people where it didn't need to be, all for political advantage, these are the racist, because most people just want to get along.
 
I don't see it your way at all. Trump hasn't at all changed his stripes. He's the same person he always was. He has been a fan of tariffs and he has used race against people many times. All this, at the detriment of the American people. He still wants to deport black and brown people while allowing Whites in.
 
Emil Bove, one of Trump's defense lawyers, is nominated to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He actually was the person who told people flying immigrants to El Salvador that they needn't obey a court order to return these people. In another moment this would be disqualifying.
 
Illegal immigrants will be deported, black/brown skin does NOT make someone above the law.
 

Trump admin ending taxpayer support for illegal immigrants in postsecondary education.​


The Department of Education (DOE) announced on Thursday that illegal immigrants will no longer receive taxpayer-funded benefits for postsecondary education programs.

The department said it rescinded a Clinton-era "Dear Colleague" letter that had allowed non-qualified illegal immigrants to access federal public benefits.
