No the SCOTUS didn't take up the case because Kavanaugh wanted to let the issue peculate in the lower courts 1st, SCOTUS will eventually take the case if the lower courts don't get it right, this is not an uncommon move for the SCOTUS when deciding on taking a case.

After considering them at 15 consecutive conferences, the Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up two challenges to gun-control laws in Maryland and Rhode Island. In each case, three justices indicated that they would have granted the petition for review, leaving the challengers one vote short of the four needed for the court to hear oral arguments and weigh in on the merits of their case.

So to be clear SCOTUS did not rule on the cases, they deferred on taking the cases, for now.
That said Kavanaugh signaled that he would in time vote with the others to take the cases.

p.s. I'm not against helping people in Africa, but we need to do our good deeds without government graft and corruption.

They may not have ruled on the merits of the case, but the effect is the same. This was from the Washington Post this morning. USAID isn't and never has been a corrupt organization.

The Trump admin. has seen a lot of pro 2A action and Kavanaugh signaled that he will vote to hear those cases later.

USAID had plenty of corruption, that said I do support helping people...... Not funding DEI/WOKE nonsense, but doling out life saving drugs, yes.
 
After MAHA used fake citations they said it was format issues and it would be cleaned up. The new version has more fake citations as well. All new fake citations. What a great pick for DHHS RFK Jr turned out to be.

Even with Kavanaugh changing his vote, that's still 5 to 4 against you.
 
Trump's Education Secretary today testified that her office used 1.2 billion a year wastefully saying that added up to a trillion dollars over ten years. She actually said that! No wonder education is so bad now.

Speaking of the SCOTUS, Trump has taken to bad mouthing Leonard Leo who picked the nominees he packed the court with. Leo was always a person in the pocket of the Koch brothers. Packing the court was always about fossil fuels. Trump believes his nominees need to rule in his favor every time.
 
Senator Markwayn Mullin asked Linda McMahon today, "what was (sic) we rated nationally in education in 1979?" She answered, "very low on the totem pole." He had to correct her by saying we were first, but that was not nationally. It was world wide. Neither of these people seem to be very educated. :ROFLMAO:

First of all there are many types of herpes. Which one are you referring to? Trump is an idiot, though he claims to be a very stable genius. Everyday he shows everyone how incredibly stupid he truly is.

Oh, I see now you are talking about herpes simplex...the cause of cold soars and is also an STD. But, that is far from the most common herpes. Can you show you know anything about that? PS, Google is your friend. :LOL:

What we do need, is a $90 million birthday parade for dear leader, we definitely have the money for that, but speaking of owning nothing and being happy, your beautiful daughters might have to make due with only 2 dolls and a couple pencils, and they might cost a bit more. But also, tarrifs are paid by the other countries and don't make prices go up. But also, the companies here should eat the cost, which the other countries already paid. Also, we aren't really looking at making textiles in this country, but we're still gonna tarrif textiles and penguins because trust me bro, art of the deal. If companies don't wanna pay the tarrifs that the other countries are paying already they'll build factories here so Americans can screw little screws into Iphones. Companies will totally invest billions of dollars and many years building factories and take the risk of doing so when TACO president might reneg on the tarrifs on a whim tomorrow. Art of the deal bro, theyre a negotiation tactic and a permanent solution to bring back American jobs, trust us.

Glad I got all that right, I see the light, now. I now hate the trans and brown people too, theyre the problem, not the greedy billionaires who can never have enough. If we stop the men from competing in women's sports and kick out all the brown people, legal or otherwise, everything will be hunky dory

Do you have kids in school ?

Lets imagine for a moment that you did, would you want some gun laws restricting law abiding people that couldn't actually prevent the random maniac from doing harm, or would you want security doors on the schools and armed guards on the other side of those doors ?

If there was a real threat, there would be double doors ( like a sallyport ) so everybody entering the school has to pass through the sallyport, then during school hours the doors are locked with the guards sitting behind the bullet proof window watching the sallyport..... IF anyone forces entry through the 1st set of doors, they would still face the 2nd set of doors and the armed guards.

PROBLEM FUCKING SOLVED and don't you dare tell me the kids aren't worth the cost, because the cost vs. the actual chance of a school shooting is the only reason this hasn't been done...... oh but lets restrict good peoples constitutional rights.... because fear..... fear fear fear and you want to tell everyone else how to live...... YOU WANT TO TELL EVERYONE ELSE HOW TO LIVE..... NO !
