What makes no sense is my wasting time explaining something so simple to you again, but let's try it anyway, now get the bong water out of your ears and listen hippy......

If Mr. citizen has an illegal immigrant trapped in his home, and police hear that trapped immigrant cry for help, then police can make entry to aid the trapped person who cried out for help.
Now in this example I never even said if the homeowner ( Mr. Citizen ) was even in the house or not, but regardless the extenuating circumstance allows the officer to enter without a warrant.

Let's say Mr. Citizen is at home but won't answer his door, because he's up to his elbows in the blood of another half murdered illegal immigrant child.
Mr. Citizen is a Trump supporter and a racist who kidnaps and kills illegal immigrant children in his basement, now if a cop hears an illegal immigrant child cry out for help from inside Mr. Citizens house and Mr. Citizen ignores the police knocking on his door, do they have to come back with a warrant, or can they rescue the child who cried out for help?

Extenuating circumstances, I'm right and you're wrong paul, deal with it.

p.s. Most people are right handed, so we call our dominate hand the right hand as it's the right/correct hand for the job, and the other less able hand is the hand that's left over.

Shit! People on the left are called so because of where they sit on the aisle. Your calling Democrats less than equal because of this doesn't bear scrutiny. As far as people calling for help, this is something even rescuers can do, not just the police.

A Federal judge has ruled that Texas's redrawn gerrymandered map is Unconstitutional. That should make the 2026 election easier for everyone. Take that Dumbass Donald!
 
The House just passed the Epstein files discharge petition, with one Republican voting no. Sure wouldn't want to be him.

Actually, it wasn't a federal judge, it was a 2-1 vote from a 3-judge panel, but it will be appealed to SCOTUS.

Anyone can enter anywhere if people are in imminent fear for their lives. For instance, in a fire. That has nothing to do with warrantless searches.

You keep changing the subject, you said a cop can't enter a home without a warrant, unless they are actively chasing someone into the house, you said that was the only extenuating circumstance. YOU paul WERE WRONG!
 
Look at that. The Dow is down more than 498, the Nasdaq is down more than 275, and the S&P more than 55 today.
