In what way? If the homeowners had an undocumented immigrant trapped in their house, they would just allow the police in to arrest them. Or they could just deliver them to the door. What you propose makes no sense.

If Mr. citizen has an illegal immigrant trapped in his home, and police hear that trapped immigrant cry for help, then police can make entry to aid the trapped person who cried out for help.
Now in this example I never even said if the homeowner ( Mr. Citizen ) was even in the house or not, but regardless the extenuating circumstance allows the officer to enter without a warrant.

Let's say Mr. Citizen is at home but won't answer his door, because he's up to his elbows in the blood of another half murdered illegal immigrant child.
Mr. Citizen is a Trump supporter and a racist who kidnaps and kills illegal immigrant children in his basement, now if a cop hears an illegal immigrant child cry out for help from inside Mr. Citizens house and Mr. Citizen ignores the police knocking on his door, do they have to come back with a warrant, or can they rescue the child who cried out for help?

Extenuating circumstances, I'm right and you're wrong paul, deal with it.
