Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland has faced a lawsuit after ending opt-outs for LGBTQ-inclusive storybooks in 2023. Parents from Muslim, Catholic, and Ukrainian Orthodox communities challenged the policy in court. The Supreme Court has now allowed them to opt out while the case proceeds. The decision marks a temporary win for parental rights advocates.

American Parents Coalition Executive Director Alleigh Marré said, “Today’s victory sent a resounding message to activist school board members and educators nationwide: parental rights are not optional, and our children are not sounding boards or political tools for your radical agendas.”

Alito wrote, “We have long recognized the rights of parents to direct ‘the religious upbringing’ of their children. And we have held that those rights are violated by government policies that substantially interfere with the religious development of children.”

Alito added, “We reject this chilling vision of the power of the state to strip away the critical right of parents to guide the religious development of their children.”

Pete Hogshit was confirmed to have done this by no less than five different sources. I don't care what some GOP Rep pushes, as the 14th Amendment couldn't be clearer.
 
RFK Jr is being sued by the American Academy Of Pediatrics for his lies about vaccines. These have been proven to be the best way to keep children healthy.
 
WASHINGTON - A coalition of Second Amendment advocacy associations are suing to invalidate gun ownership restrictions that were revised by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act President Donald Trump signed July 4.

The bill removes many of the National Firearms Act taxes associated with gun ownership and as the NFA was passed as a tax in order for it to be Constitutional, it is now arguably invalidated.

Should these lawsuits prevail, thanks will be owed to the Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth Macdonough. ;)

p.s. Democrats in a panic attempted to make the removed 200.00 NFA tax 1.00 after the fact knowing the can of worms they let open, they were unsuccessful. 🤪

John Brennan and James Comey are now targets of the DOJ, even though the status of limitations has expired. A fact finding the committee ruled years ago that they weren't legally libel for anything said or done back then. This is just Trump not able to let go of the investigation into his Russia ties.
 
After the political lawfare committed by your democrat deep state, seriously, you can't complain about anything.
 
What lawfare? Are you taking about the many crimes Trump committed and was also convicted of? He is a criminal! Just because you are a MAGA doesn't change that.

Trump was investigated and now so will be Comey and Brennan and remember paul, NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!
If Comey and Brennan haven't done anything wrong, then they have nothing to worry about. ;)
 
The fact is, Trump is using the DOJ to investigate persons with whom he disagrees with. Irrespective of any evidence.
