Dragon Laser.....No response after the 15th

By the way, I finally got an LPM and my 1W Spartan tests at 1.22w.

Waiting on a few others but the O-like 650nm 250mw advertized as >220 was 230 and the O-like 532 Crown 500mw advertized as >450 came out at 607

Hey all, just wanted to share my experience. Ordered Spartan 150 mW green 12/3/12. Received 12/31/12.

The USPS Tracking didn't seem to help very much. It showed "origin post preparing for shipment" right up until a few hours before arrival today.

Customs tore into it, but it seems to have gotten out unharmed.

Sounds the same for me, got my 589nm Spartan today and it showed "origin" on USPS Dec. 4 and they tried to deliver at my workplace Dec29 and left a notice. No customs intervention for me. I have had 4 shipments from Dragonlasers to NJ: the first 2 were 18 days, the third was 36 days, perhaps because go Storm Sandy, and this one was 25 days

So, is the Spartan all that it's cracked up to be? I have watched many reviews of it on YouTube, and the videos that done the following comparison (The 1W Spartan VS the Arctic Spyder), and a majority prefer the Spartan.

I have little to compare it to. I got it as an upgrade from a Rayfoss 200mW red. I can say the case is really nicely built, though.

A long time ago I ordered from Wicked and cancelled for a refund because they weren't even close to their shipping schedule and had a bad rap. Dragon seems to be reliable, even if they're slow.

I really have enjoyed my Spartan 589 so far. I too have read many Spartan reviews, but almost all of them have been for much more powerful lasers than my 5mw 589nm. Al I know that it seems to be a quality unit. I will be using it to photograph this weekend. Good luck with your Spartan

I like the 589nm and 473nm Spartan lasers I have.

A long wait but i really lucked out as far as power......1.3 watts!!

Not too shabby , and very well constructed.
