Dragon Laser.....No response after the 15th

OK just hours after i lose my cool, guess what arrives????

i'll give you all 2 guesses but you'll only neeed one.

Spartan in the House. tenergy 3v lifepo4 charged and are in.

they did beat the dec 1 deadline.....so i have nothing further to say.

Thats a bad story.......and you did what i would.....i would donate a fried lasers host to a builder.

i would doubt that! It just take a long time.

Frank is monitoring this thread i beleive. Does Dragon have a expidited shipping option...if not they should.

when you pay for some of the more expensive lasers in the 300-400 zone its worth it to to spend an extra 30 bucks on dhl or fed ex

to me time is more important than the dollar a day i didn't spend on a faster shipping method.

your in limbo......buthopefully just when you've given up ..it arrive that same day.

The fact that the lasers are starting to Arrive as per What Frank said shows they should all be delivered soon. Because of the screwed up tracking info supplied by USPS shows something weird was going on. at first I doubted my laser was even shipped, but since I did get it I was wrong. I emailed Frank on Sunday about my interest in buying a 5 mw 589nm Spartan, but could not until my Hulk arrived. It arrived the next day! I am now in the process of ordering the Spartan. all of my other dealings with DL have been good so I will give them the more of my business. If it happens again, who knows. I totally agree with 9ring about paying extra for Fed Ex of DHL. Last month I ordered a 650 nm 200mw from Laserbtb and paid 45 dollars for Fed Ex. I got the laser in 6 days.Also with Jetlasers, I got a 5x beam expander shipped DHL in a week. Well worth the extra cash to avoid the waiting game.
 
Got it today around 1 PM. That wait was insane! Both lasers are working great.

But i can't wait for 6 weeks for another DL laser.

mybe next year when the newer 532's start coming out

Hey people, really need to learn to be patient around the holidays. Its always the worst time to buy ANYTHING online from anywhere, let alone a foreign business. Always give it a month and a half to 2 months around holidays. As always, patience is key.
 
2 months is unacceptsble.

When other companies can easily offer expidited shipping and deliver inside a 7- 10 day timeframe, who would want to wait.

When The previous two purchases I made from DL arrived in 18 days, I would hope it will take approx that time. When my laser shipped on Oct 18, I don't consider that holiday time yet. I would gladly pay extra if DL offered Fed Ex or DHL.

Unfortunately their laser products are restricted in most countries and both DHL and FedEx express have security that inspect each package. It is well known that express mail is more likely to contain contraband; additionally, express mail is usually more likely to get a second hand inspection by your local customs. I think this is why they do not offer it. I could be wrong!
