The LAPD really are pigs. That was evident when they beat Rodney King back in 1992 and they are still at it. With students protesting the horrible response that Israel has given the Palestinians, just about 200 trucks bringing aid is far too little too late. More than 30,000 Palestinians have died, half of whom were women and children.

Had a doctor's appointment today, so didn't get to watch all the Trump hush money trial. Did get home until nearly 6:00 P.M. Have been watching what happened today, though. Trump's attorneys are trying to assert that David Pecker was helping Trump long before he was a candidate for president, but this won't fly as they are going after Trump for Stormy Daniels whom he paid to quite personally which is definitely a campaign finance law violation in NY. And he also did this in furtherance of hide this from voters...a felony.

The Prosecution is redirect in the Trump hush money case is bringing the jury back to the the point that Trump's lawyer tried to muddy. The fact that Donald Trump tried to use David Pecker to catch and kill stories detrimental to the Trump campaign and to generate mostly fictitious stories about his rivals. First about Republican rivals then at Hillary Clinton saying stuff like she has days to live and other such nonsense.

Rhone Graff, Trump's right hand woman for 34 years, just completed testimony for the prosecution authenticating her emails, as Trump refused to use them, and recalling seeing Stormy Daniels at Trump Tower. She testified for less than 20 minutes. She is now being cross-examined.

Michael Farro, Cohen's banker since he became involved with Trump, is testifying voluntarily. He has said that Michael Cohen was excited to be working with Trump and he said so often. This is likely headed to Cohen's payment for Stormy Daniels and what records they, the prosecution, have about them. Farro testified that on October 13, 2016 Cohen approached him about opening a new account used for real estate. Farro said that that same day he talked to a colleague telling him Cohen want an LLC checking account that that had no address on it...strange for an LLC account. The jury has been excused for the day.

Of course Donald Trump went outside to make a whole rift of false statements. He claims that EVERY legal scholar has said that this prosecution is without merit. And he said that this is a Biden retaliation. There is absolutely evidence of that as it was Bill Barr who weaponized the DOJ against everyone investigating Trump. Merrick Garland has been uninfluenced by the Biden Administration.
