You may not have much luck; if one of these breaks it usually goes back to CNI under warranty. You may be better off getting a lookalike machined?

You need a lot of luck (and money) to get just this PGL-III host. As Trevor already told, most of the broken lasers in this host get back to CNI. But try to ask directly at CNI if they have a broken one they don´t need any longer. There is only a tiny chance that they give/sell it to you, but if you consider no other host, it´s worth a try. Talk to Ehgemus. He can custom machine one for you, and he can even powder coat it black. I think he could do it for less than $100.

It would not have a aperture shutter, and you may have to ask if you want a lock switch in the rear though..

But IMO these hosts are much more beautiful than these PGL-III hosts. Just look at this one: http://laserpointerforums.com/members/ehgemus/albums/custom-host/2442-101-1102/

... and you get it for less than $60!!

I am pretty sure thats not a CNI host.

That would be a Rayfoss host, Yobresal's old "Black Stallion" to be precise, noting the lack of button and LED. It also does not come with a key, so you'll have to either find a new one or unscrew the end to turn it off.
