Wanted Dead or Alive* Newport MM-1's that are surplus, frozen knobs, twisted, broken and contorted springs, stripped out drilled out junkers or even ones you have that are surplus that work and you would like to sell. I will be chopping these up to use the screws and salvageable parts for a new and exciting project. Cant tell ya, cus I'd have to kill ya PM me with quantities and what you would LIKE for them. cant pay alot for them but you could play a part in a wonderful art project I would even be interested in clones if those show up.
 





Not a clue. Why don't you assume that everyone doesn't and just explain what it is.

I guess a picture is worth a thousand words - i wrongly assumed that everyone would know what a mm-1 was it has been the one and only required item in the laser industry for over 40 years. :-[

What's it used for in building Laser Pointers.... This is a Laser Pointer Forum... and I've never
seen one... :-?

I would think that the MAIN, one & only, REQUIRED, item in the laser industry, would be the LASER itself ;)

in the beginning God created the laser, shortly thereafter he invented the mm-1 ;D

Second... If I wanted to know things about Nuclear Fusion I certainly would not ask it
on a Laser Pointer Forum.... I'm pretty sure there are few Nuclear Physicists here that
could respond... :-/

I did a search on LPF and also checked quite a few threads here but I still can't find info
on MM-1s...
This Threads is the only search result that comes up with "MM-1".
Guess the MM-1 is not that popular on a Forum for Laser Pointers... ::)

Oh it's It's OK....  I did a google search and found what this MM-1 is for....
It has nothing to do with Laser Pointers....
If you would expand your horizons my friend... you would know I don't pop balloons and
light matches.......... I build Laser Power Meters.... ::)

I have two (with 1/2" prisms attached right now). You can have them for $20, shipped in the US.

I'm also open to trades
