You can get a 200mW for $130 from O-like, or a 400mw for $205 if you're willing to spend a little more.

Do you think they have fairly quick shipping or will I have to wait 3-4 weeks?

It can take a couple weeks to get from china to the US, If you are checking singpost, and it says dispatched from overseas, it has already left there, and on it's way to you if you are in the US you can use the same tracking # at USPS - Track & Confirm - Put our delivery information to work for you
