Write and draw with gold bubbles!

I stuck a piece of electrical tape on the inside bottom of a cup and covered it with about 3/4 of an inch of water and focused my new style red on it.To my suprise I heard a slow sizzling sound then I looked close and saw that gold colored bubbles would form where I focused...pretty damn cool.

Probably the smoke being caputred in a bubble. Off to find my tape and pointer.

I'm betting the gold color comes from the black tape and if a different color tape was used the bubbles would be a different color or no color !

The laser damaged the tape? the water changed color at all? or just the bubbles
