Will this power my laser module?

Hey guys, i think this is the right place to put this thread.

I was wandering if my module:
100mW 532nm Green Laser Module (3V 11.9mm) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme

Will be powered by using this?:
Battery BOX Holder ON OFF Switch FOR 4 AA 4AA Batteries | eBay

I was thinking of just putting the module on top of the battery and using electric tape to stick it on there.

You need MAX 2x 1.5v = 3v cells to power it. 4x 1.5= 6v cells will break it. In other words... NO
