Wicked data file printout

I just received an executive pro 60 mw from Wicked. The data file graph states the MAX output as being 146 M and the Mean as 95.62M.

Is this common that the unit received from Wicked is actually over the spec ordered?

If this is so, I highly recommend them and I got more than I paid for.

If this is some generic printout, Id be very disappointed.

I am very happy with what I received in any case.

Nope, each printout is unique to that laser!

And yes, it is common that they over perform, Wicked have really been working on their lasers.

It never used to be common, but they have seemed to change their ways

They seem to be acurate. I got a 130mW EVO, which showed an average of 145.7mW, and when I measured it, the power was similar. When I used better batteries though, I got an extra 30mW out of it.

The only way you can be 100% sure... is test YOUR laser
on an LPM..

I have 2 WL lasers and the graph is a very accurate indication of the output I see on my LPM, (a Kenometer), and like robjdixon said, when I use the best batteries, I get more output and here's another "trick" I have found works well with many lasers, run the laser 6-8 times , within the recommended duty cycle, or if a laser witth 100% duty cycle try about 3-5 min. then without allowing too much cool off time, put in fresh and really good batteries, testing right after they are in, I have gotten my Evolution to read at about 180 mW and with my Spyder I to read about 280 mW! So, a pre-warmed up DPSS is often a happier DPSS, and the battery or batteries used in the warm up may still be good, but are not likely as powerful as those fresh batts! -Glenn

2) Their customer service department did me dirty a while back, so excuse me if I'm bitter towards them.

3) I'd say #2 counts as experience.

I noticed you promote them an awful lot, a lot more than simply a satisfied customer would promote a company. Tell me Niko, what's in it for you? Has Steve hooked you up with something to speak so highly of them all of the time?

I don't care, so far everybody that has bought any laser through either a GB or the clearance sale are more than happy. If you have complaints about WL then direct them to WL, not to me; in addition, those complaints are of their previous series and their old customer service, I don't see them doing so bad right now, yet most members opposed to them are simply biased against them.

If you had read the disclaimer on the GB, you'd have seen that there is in fact nothing in there for me. Also, where do you see me speaking so "highly" of Wicked Lasers? As far as I know I've done my reviews neutrally, and if the laser is good, then I WILL say it's good.
I'm just trying to allow LPF members to get good prices on good lasers. See for instance the Titans, they're like LG Hercules but at less than half the price (so I've heard).

Also, mfo, since you've become a "vet" you started thinking so freaking high of yourself, bashing new members and trying to patronize everybody, I just never felt like speaking my mind to avoid the drama.

TJ, I've learned to take your posts with a grain of salt, but I don't see me "spamming about Wicked", AFAIK I've only done two reviews, two GB's and the Clearance Sale.

My "soul" is not being "bought" (I already sold it to the devil, win-win). See my last review, the Photonic Disruptor Pro, I didn't even know I was getting one for review, and I didn't start the sale thread after I got the unit.



Many of you should start seeing the present facts and stop being so freaking biased, I don't know why it is so hard for many of you to be neutral.

Uhh, when did I use the "Bitch card"? By merely pointing out the fact that you talk about WL a lot? You're over reacting. When did I ever direct a complaint about WL to you? You're the one coming in here to defend them when my reply wasn't even directed towards them or about them. You're as far away from neutral about WL as I am, just on different sides. You're always talking about WL in a positive way. Also how can you expect me to be neutral when I had a bad experience with them? Customer service is very important to me, and I don't like companies that don't provide it. Steve even sent me a PM asking me about my experience. He asked me to forward him the email. I told him I no longer had it, but I provided him with my email so that I could look it up on his end. While he did say he would hook me up for that inconvenience, I still did not receive an apology which would have helped a lot.

I don't look at you as a WL sales person because of the GB you did. I certainly don't look at Glenn as a CNI sales person because of all of the GB's he's done. I look at you both as someone trying to do everyone here a favor by saving them a few dollars on a GB, a few dollars very much needed to be saved on WL's products.

Also, when did I ever start to think so highly of myself? Those words are just flat out insults as they are nothing but lies. I've contributed nothing to this forum except repeating things that I've learned from everyone else, so I have no reason to think highly of myself. I don't bash new members unless they deserve it. A lot of new members here seem to be trolls. As a matter of fact, I've been trying to help a new member here by the name of Steve, go look at the thread if you don't believe me.

Yeah I've patronized a few members here, but they deserved it. Once such fine example is when that one member talked about shooting a bird and leaving it's carcass there to ward off other birds. Killing an animal for no apparent reason is flat out wrong. I'm not saying animals should never be killed, but doing it because you think they are a nuisance, especially when we as humans are the ones always expanding into new territories and driving animals who have been there for millions of years out is just plain stupid. There are many ways to deal with such situations. Picking up a gun and using it on a defenseless animal is not an acceptable one.
