I'm looking for a reasonably priced test load, "pre-made or needs assembly". Really dont want to pay almost $60 for the one from SL... I'm running the NUBM44 ACS5500 with 2 18650's.

You can build one for far less money than that one on SL or anyone else's kit or prefab. You just need diodes, a resistor (I'd go with a 0.1 ohm 2 watt 1% or higher power), a blank proto-board, some header pins and shunts and a good hefty double clip lead with heavy gauge copper wire. You can buy 10 amp rectifiers with a PRV of 1000 volts at ~$5.00 for fifty units.
