OK, so I should get one that's more fun in other ways too like visibly, which you said the 445nm one is? Well, I do really like the icy blue color.

445nm is much more visible yes.
Btw, for not that much more, if you're patient, you will be able to buy a laser off of the forum here, which will be A LOT more powerful. I see used lasers go for sale for ~$130-$150 all the time.

True, but I'm not looking for a huge amount of power yet. I want one that can burn things well, yes, but I'm not looking for one over maybe 400mW.
