Where to buy OPHIR 20C-A sensor under 100$ ?

Do somebody know where to buy cheap OPHIR 20C-A thermopile sensor?
I saw it on ebay for about 60$ long time ago.

Thats a great price. You should of bought it then. I highly doubt you'd find one for under $100.
