What's your favorite multimeter?

yeah cheaper multimeters will jump more. What mine actually does is it will build up slowly to about 200mV, then go back down when I touch leads.
 





The extech meter builds up to 30mv then drops back down. Its weird how the reads are rock solid under load though.
