Welding mask as goggles?

Would welding mask work for goggles? This is a question some people have asked me, and have been wondering myself (although personally, I would get some real goggles instead; not advertising, but just a note to self).

NOPE NO WAY...Wrong wavelength protection...the laser spot may look dim or invisible with them on, but it's not worth your peepers!!!

That's not spam...OEM doesn't need spam and it's not even remotely spam like...I realize there's been quite a bit of spam lately but not every post with a link to a store is spam
