I have purchased several lasers ... all from wickedlasers.... none of which performed well in the least.... of thier newest models....each RMA produced another faulty laser...and little regard for the questions and issues I have/had asked about, either through support there, or of thier live help... I had come here early on in my laser enthusiasm... and found quite alot of flaming going on..... so opted that even with the quirks of the lasers I had Had to learn to live with, I would remain a loyal wl customer.... but as of late, thier business practices have been more and more questionable as of late.... until, I cannot even get a reply via e-mails about my concerns and isssues involving thier faulty products... and then find myself banned today when logging in to decide if I will(would have been) buying thier newest the Photonic Disrupter.... and for what I havent a clue, other then speaking frankly there about te issues I have with my own lasers and trying in attempts to answer other forum members own issues on things I have, myself, experienced with them.... usually to the point of avising, that all lasers have some quirks, relating my own experiences about thier lasers... I suppose they just do not wish to have any posts that tell or ask about defects in the products they sell.
So hence I come here, to see if anyone might have thier own reviews on the subject of thier newest laser, the photonic disruptor.... and or find if there is anywhere that might sell a fully focusing add-on lens-cap for the pen style laser. as I seem unable to do so now, in such the unbias forum that WickedLasers owns.
I dont know what people think constitutes 'good customer service' and with all My rma's to them, I have never gotten a well thought out answer for any of the issues I have posed to them, nor expediant shipping back of RMAs, that when finally arrived, proved to have the same issues and problems with them..... then to the point of having my rl name posted on the blog by Steve/Nexus, telling everyone I was a liar, and never had problems with his lasers.... only to have that revoked after a week or so, which is opposed to the garantee they swore to about never divulging a customers personal information.... I can in no way see how that constitues good 'customer-service'
~and by the way, hello all, and forgive the venting, as I cannot belive I was such an idiot as to remain loyal to such a company with such disreputable business practices...
