Where is that from? I would like to make some enclosures.
I wonder if just highly polished aluminum or stainless would work as a reflector...

These are some seriously powerful flashlights!
One great market segment for them is divers, if you can make one that is water proof below 100-200 feet or so. Divers always need more lumens, and the water helps to cool things tremedously. The downside is that you need to get waterproofing right, even with a couple of bars of pressure ramming down on the light.
