I am hated in school.  People make fun of me all the time behind my back.  Usually it doesn't bother me, but I want to get them back.  So I've got a plan:

Write secret admirer notes without a name.  Slip them into people's lockers every day, and finally, culminate with the name of the person I want revenge on an invitation to meet somewhere, with some...other comments...

So?  Any better ideas?

EDIT: That was unclear. Let's say Phil is making fun of me (it's actually important because it's really distracting in class. That's why I care. Not like the actual insults are the problem.) So, I slip secret admirer notes into some other guy's locker, and finally end with the name Phil and some pickup lines or something.

Don't worry I had people do the same thing to me, just beat them unconscious, get suspended and they won't mess with you anymore ;D thats what I did anyways ::) (then again I have won a few karate tournaments ;))

I beat one of them up last year, some big football player. The problem with getting suspended is that it might hurt my grades, and I'm too much of a nerd to let that happen. Oh man, sometimes though... I get really tempted. Maybe I should pick a fight, though. That would keep them off me. I don't know.

Do people at your high school use their lockers??  I got one my Freshman year and never used it - I didn't even ask for one my Sophomore year.

If you want to take down one a**hole, just turn around and tell him to f*** off.  He'll get the hint, you'll get a single day of suspension if the teacher hears (the louder you are, the better you'll get the point across), and life will move on.

However, from the sounds of it, that isn't your problem.  The best thing to build up your reputation in high school is to join a sport.  If you were able to beat up a football player, I'd say that's a good enough reason to join the football team.

As for your "happy" idea...it only takes one misstep, and the entire school will label you as "happy".

what if you get caught slipping some other guy a love letter, then you would look really... you know! Backfires big time :-/

[edit]

I didnt read the post before mine, looks like phoenix had the same idea

I am a crosscountry runner. While it is one of the toughest sports, crosscountry doesn't get much respect. Oh well.

Good point Phoenix and k-shell- I didn't think of that. That's why I didn't want to just put it into effect without running it by somebody else first. Maybe I should just stand them down.

I did cross country for three years as my track off-season (I ran the 200m), but decided my Senior year to try football instead. I sucked at it (I was 5'9", 135 lbs, and no agility), but I do not regret doing it.

Crosscountry is hard. I don't want to try football, because I have a lot of enemies on the team. I would suck, too. I'm 5'8", 105 lbs, and no agility/coordination. I'll just stick with running in school, and climbing outside of it.

Maybe you should just put up with people talking about you behind your back, what you don't know wont hurt ;D Eventually they'll stop anyway when they don't have any jobs from being to busy picking on people rather than working at school :P

A lot of people I know, including myself have all been there at one time ( I'm still there ::) ) Just try not to stab anybody, it may be tempting, but you gotta resist ::)

Lol same. I can't throw or catch a football. And I'm four shades whiter than toothpaste ;D. It's not easy being made fun of, but I don't have any real enemies.

I usually wouldn't care. I know that I'm always made fun of behind my back. The only thing is, it's so prolific now, it's impeding with my work. I don't want to take a bad grade because of some overconfident jerks who pretend they are my friends, but really are just out there to make me do poorly.

Nice link, by the way!

Violence only escalates.
Even though some people only understand ass-whoopings, I would have to agree that all that teasing crap ends after highschool.

Mind-over-matter...If you don't mind, it doesn't matter!

That's who I'm dealing with here. And violence does not always escalate. When I beat up one of those giant football players last year, nobody screwed with me for like 10 months.

Well I was never actually picked on or anything at school (I guess I was just lucky?), so I don't really know the best thing to do, but I would say just beat people up! :D Make noses explode, jaws bust, teeth fly! (depending on how many ppl there are :P) Other than that, if you really can't afford to get suspended, then a campaign of sabotage against them could also work, spread false info about them, steal there homework/books, trip them with marbles, and the occasional egg throw! ;)

I like it! I'll go with the sabotage. I've already got one idea planned:

Back when I joined a couple of months ago, I posted a thread about how I made this one bully suffer from my Dave's Insanity beef jerky. Similar concept, except I'll actually eat the hot sauce this time, and spread it on crackers. When I get pestered about what I'm eating, I'll tell them, and say, "It's probably too spicy for you."

...and I'll watch them burn. While I sit there, drinking milk and eating more.
