looked up "your" authentic jungle No5, they sell for around $50 if I'm correct?

not real sure on the info of my bayonet (I think it's real) was just mentioning it resembled the one you have. I'm sure yours is much better :whistle:

For $50 you may perhaps have a copy :p Copy's have the initials R.F.I. on it.

It's not the cheap India or Africa produced. ''R.F.I.''

It's a oiginal British No.5 MkI Jungle Carbine Bayonet.

''Wilkinson marked their No. 5 bayonets with the initials “W.S.C.” and/or their dispersal code “S294”. ''

Your's looks more WW1 to me.
With a very small hole infront, not sure what it fits.

There's a worn crown on yours, just visible (so it's from the UK) ''Hench the same style handle, but on the end (bottom) of it, it's different, same as the hole above the handle...and the blade is longer ofcourse and is different on the top (doesn't show in my pic, but i know ^^)
The other side of the handle might be different aswell, but doesn't show in your pic.

British Sword bayonet made by Sanderson in 1807 (or is it 1907 ?) hard to see, ;) ''Sanderson Bros. & Neubold''

It has a Government acceptance mark on it

Looks like a very nice old piece :) Might be ''The Bedfordshire Regiment'' YE initials..
