Possible GB for newest Jetlaser

back by popular demand- JETLASERs in Titanium


The bosses at JL have changed their minds(again) on the future of titanium lasers- I knew they were thinking about a more simple design at a better price and hopefully on more than 532/100-- the current TiBs are all now here with me but a newer T-B is coming very soon- apparently the machinists in China who make theses hosts for JL were able to make more at a slightly lower price so ,although both Gray and myself were not expecting more Ti-Bs it looks like they have made a ressurection and will no longer use the AA sized 14500. the Li-ion battery is slightly larger and because they removed the white plastic sleeve inside we will be able to use a new battery or with a sleeve or rubber O-rings still use the 14500.


With shipping from JL in China these will cost around 185$ plus 4% for PP fees-- however if I can get 10 members to chip in we COULD posibly get back to the old GB price of $166 with $6.15 shipping to CONUS buyers- I can ship almost anywhere but you need to get a quote on that.

I have just a few left here in stock so if you want one now- let me know.
I am willing to lower the price of these here in TX to $172 shipped free to CONUS and will add one free 14500 batt. And a glass diffraction grating(while suppply lasts).
A few other free surprizes will be sent in every box.

Sorry, yes.. found the post where Blord reported 121mW with his 100mW 532nm TiB.

Sorry for the late reply-- I have one Ti-B 532/100 untouched and no longer spoken for. Regardless of the amt OSpec it will be the same as thge last ones I sold after the GB ended. To conus $6.15 to ship (laser only) and $172.00 for the TiB- USPS Mos preferred - PP can do for 1st timers with me but-- add 4%- Soonest poaaeble ship is Tue- MLK day on monday.
OK- afaik thats all of those-- the new Ti-B 532/100 2.O lacks the inner white plastic sleeve so it takes 16650Li-Ion - Price (afaik) will be the same.

HOWEVER_ Gray has had a few TiB 532/150-made for us.. price TBA.

Shipping for one costs about the same for ten- so stock up on them- 18650s- 26650 KingKong GOLD & dlg 16340- too- all in stock- new listing on ebay on Wed- FS in BST on Monday with prices. USPS & IIRC DHL no longer allow Li-ions to be shippied-- I personally would be weary buying any shipped with a chance of them not arriving-

Alex got this Pl-C 532/250 back in one of the first Jetlaser GBs-- he sent it to me for metering-

Other lasers that are sold new and not also overspec will someday be underspec- Lasers sold and not even near spec when new... well forget them..

All JL Ti-Bs are 20 to 50% overspec

I have 3 older versions( 14500)
and 11 of the 2.0 (16650)-- ALL WAY OVERSPEC 100 mW
free for march on battery per laser- & while supply lasts a cheapy charger-
other stuff will be hidden in the boxes-

You can thank guys like Glenn (scopeguy) for starting the tradition here at LPF of ALWAYS adding something to every box-

we no longer need to do traditional GB s anymore for JETLASERS- Gray is keepng me stocked up with batts- PL-Es ( 4pcs 532s (500600/600 & 700)& 1pc 445 1.25W) on hand ATM.
tHE 532s take a single 26650(10$) or with the free sleeve a single 18650
the 445 needs two 16340s ( $6 each)
You will be getting your items faster- for less ship cost and I can do an inspection to make sure nothing goes out with any issues-

Gray gets his LB II on the 12th so he will offer a free graphs before you pay when you are either not CONUS or would rather NOT deal with me. Assuming he has less problems making graphs than I did.

With more having been graphed- I have changed these all to 100mW- VERY overspec.
Free shipping is off the table but I upgraded to a free RedSanyo 16650 with each purchased in March. $172 plus $6.15 for CONUS & USPS MOs- & personal checks- for POOPPal- add 4%- but leave the word 'laser' out of all PP notes etc. If you feel the need for a small fee we can do this w/ signed delivery and/or insurance- tracking is already included. If you are NOT CONUS PM and maybe we can work something out. I have had great luck sending JETLASERS lasers to Canada.

taking some new pics and doing more graphs ASAP on the Pl-Es in stock 445- 1.25W($239) very dark green host- & four Pl-Es 532 one 500($480) two 600s($540) and an 800 that will be sold as a 700($620) as its only spec ATM-
all in the silver host w/ mechanical switches. all come with free sleeves for use with other batteries KK /26650 are only $10 & my 18650s are $8.99 , great quality batts.
the JL 445s take two 16340s($ 5.99) in a sleeve.

What about all the other TiB's in other wavelenghts currently offered on the Jetlasers.org web site listed at same price as 532nm, for all the people that already have a 532nm TiB ? Any thoughts about taking some orders for those? There were a few people a short time ago asking about blue and red and they are now available once again.
Listed in the wavelength dropdown at Ti B Lasers - 532nm 150mW Green, titanium lasers, portable ti laser, jetlasers.are the following:
405nm, 200mw
445nm, 250mw
635nm, 150mw
650nm, 150mw

It is nice to see JetLasers is offering wavelengths other than 532 once again just like they used to.
They have offered in the past TiB 405nm, 445nm, and 638nm--am happy to see them offered again.
This time the added also a TiB 650nm, too!
Am sure several members will be interested in same who were did not get them prior.
