Trump can't end birthright citizenship for persons born on US soil ( 50 States ), it's in our Constitution, the only question is in the meaning of " subject to the jurisdiction thereof " but anyone born here on US soil in any of our 50 States, is an American by birth, that won't change without 2/3 of the House 2/3 of the Senate and ratification by 3/4 of the States or a convention of States which has never been done.
From the 14th Amendment:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

American Samoa remains an exception. Individuals born there are U.S. nationals rather than citizens, meaning they can live and work in the U.S. but cannot vote in federal elections or hold certain public offices unless they naturalize.
