Experts say there are multiple causes of autism and the science showing a connection between autism and Tylenol is not settled, so what Trump's FDA will do is to notify doctors that the use of Tylenol during pregnancy, can be associated with an increased risk of autism, but it won't restrict its use, it's just a warning.

Trump is serving his SECOND TERM, he can't run for a 3rd term, that said democrats are a dead party, reduced to petty grievances and constant distortions of reality, the dishonesty of the democrat party will matter, the hypocrisy of the democrat party will matter, the sanctimonious gaslighting and abuse of race/gender by the democrat party will matter.

Actually, it is settled. Twenty five years ago Sweden did a study on 2.5 million kids. They also included autistic kids and their siblings to compare many things including Tylenol and vaccines. They concluded there is no evidence Tylenol or vaccines cause autism. The main reason autism rates are rising is the way we diagnose it has changed. It is now the autism spectrum.

I expect we are better able to make a determination today ( 25 years later ) and that is that it's not settled.

So can breathing air, drinking water, or eating an apple...

Some observational studies have shown an association between acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol) use during pregnancy and an increased risk of autism. However, the most robust, large-scale studies have not found a causal link, and leading medical organizations continue to recommend acetaminophen as the safest option for treating pain and fever during pregnancy.

It's a matter of pointless warnings from junk science vs real science that leading medical organizations continue to recommend acetaminophen as the safest option for treating pain and fever during pregnancy...

trump goes by his feelings and what's good for him, over real science and what's best for everyone else...

Not taking Tylenol for fever in pregnant women can have adverse effects for their fetus. That IS a fact. Just because their is an association with a product doesn't mean it is causal.

And its use has NOT been banned, it's simply a safety caution.

Also, it's there is an association, not " their " you illiterate hippy.
 
Donald Trump went on a rant at the UN today. He talked against clean energy and immigrants. There were so many things he ranted about, it's difficult to keep track of all of them. He also ranted that he didn't get to do the physical improvements to the UN building back in the 1980s. Talk about holding a grudge!
