The Wall Street Journal has an article out on how Trump is handing the Senate to Democrats in 2026. It states that Trump has an uncanny way of handing victories even when he is getting his way to the other party.
 
Time will tell paul...... just don't count on your nonsense polls, they have proven to be inaccurate.
 
All the polls are against Trump. Even the Fox News one has him underwater by more than twenty points and it's his best one out there. Trump's BBB is especially unpopular.

It's been sixteen hours and it's no closer to passing than it was in hour one. There are plenty of Republicans that disagree with this bill. If it does pass it will be by the skin of its teeth.
 
I don't know if it's funding is in the BBB, but I don't like the idea of combining the AFT and the DEA, they should both be abolished as the FDA can oversee medical drug safety and the ATF is not needed, the cops murder enough people, we don't need a militarized agency to infringe upon our Constitutional rights and murder citizens for failing to pay a small tax..... actually the 200 dollar NFA tax is to be suspended, so let's abolish the ATF and the DEA, let people be FREE and we can save a lot of money.

Before Nixon created the DEA, there was the BNDD. The bureau of narcotics and dangerous drugs. Nixon created the DEA to make marijuana a schedule I. That was because he saw war protestors as his enemy.

I have no use for smoking weed myself, but it seems like people get along a lot better high than drunk, so I say let people be free and smoke what they want.
In reality government shouldn't be telling people what they can or can't put into their own bodies, it's unconstitutional.

p.s. The NFA is a tax scheme because that was the only way they could get it done.... funny failure to pay a 200 dollar tax is a felony, but stealing under 1000 dollars is a misdemeanor.
Anyway the BBB will do away with the 200 dollar NFA tax, so the NFA needs to go as well as it will become unconstitutional regulation and will no longer be a tax...... it shouldn't have been passed into law in the 1st place as it violates our 2nd amendment.

When passed in the House and signed by Trump, there will be no more 200 dollar tax on silencers and SBR's/SBS's under the unconstitutional NFA, which means it's no longer a tax, which means it will be challenged in court and could be at least partially struck down.

I am pro women's choice and anti-drug war, I'm also in favor of medicaid and food stamps for needy Americans, but because you liberals didn't respect my 2nd amendment rights, I VOTED FOR TRUMP, this is your fault!

People will have to work 80 hours a month to qualify for Medicaid and food stamps and many will go without because you didn't respect my rights, this is your fault paul, you and your ilk of woke liberals who only respect some rights for some people ( illegal immigrants ), that also makes you a racist.

:ROFLMAO: you gotta be kidding me! It's ALL my fault?! JD Vance said months ago that rural hospitals were closing because of undocumented immigrants. A lie that fact checkers everywhere showed wasn't true. Today he said it didn't matter as it was the ICE increases in funding that only matters now.
