What I take the word " persons " to mean is human Citizens, not dogs or cats, cows or goats, human persons who quite obviously are CITIZENS, that's the part the founders would have thought went without saying, just like in the 2nd amendment where is says the right of the PEOPLE ..... that doesn't mean illegal invaders just because they are people, thus all persons doesn't mean illegal invaders just because they are persons, it's very simple logic, don't play stupid.

" people " can't mean only citizens in one amendment if " persons " means any non-citizen warm body in another amendment

Either illegal immigrants have the right to buy, own and carry guns and have the right to due process ... or they don't.

Then it would have said "Citizens" instead of persons. They choose each word very carefully to try to eliminate any interpretation outside of what was written...

I would agree that "persons" could also mean "human", but again, it doesn't add the qualifier "citizens" to it...

"citizens" is beyond what was written...

I would like to think whether or not you are here legally, that you should have at least some basic human rights, BUT, of course, not all the rights that a US Citizen has afforded to them...

"People" and "persons" could be argued are not the same thing in this context, I'm not saying that, I'm just saying it's something to look at...

And again, you're adding the qualifiers "citizens", "non-citizen", and "warm body" where none exist in what was written...

If there's a signed deportation order either judicial or administrative then that is due process enough for NON citizens.

Hell actual citizens don't get a day in court standing before a judge when redflag laws are used to deprive citizens of their Constitutional rights and steal their property at gunpoint. An ex lovers complaint about their feelings and armed thugs are sent to steal property at gunpoint without that citizen having a day in court 1st, that's denial of proper due process.

A signed deportation order is due process enough for illegal invader non-citizens.... not that illegals have Constitutional rights, they don't.
That's not to say that people with green cards/visa's shouldn't get a chance to speak if they have done things properly, but law breaking fence jumpers are invaders and violent criminal illegals fall under the AEA as well.

Do they have one of those for everyone they've deported so far?

And for the ones they have, were they obtained through the proper means, like a court order?? :unsure:
 
I'm still blown away by the stupidity of trump and the picture of that "guy's" hand with tattoos (I don't know his name off the top of my head) and after being told any number of times the "M S 1 3" was (should be obivous to anyone) photoshopped on, he still insists to this day "look at his hand! It says MS13!"?! what a dope...

Ive been told the Abrego Garcia finger tattoos M S 1 3 were real and the fake media pushed the story that it was photo shopped....actually they reported that experts have cast doubt...... so not really saying they know, just cast doubt. There's so much misinformation that it makes it impossible to know.

The M S 1 3 was obviously not tattooed at the same time and does look fake, but this is just a pic I found online, I can not guarantee it's authenticity.

That said the DHS release is credible.

I'll say he very well could be MS13, but if that assessment is based on that picture, well, that is a load!

The Constitution doesn't once use the word citizens. It says people, and that is what it means. You want to call undocumented migrants as illegal, but they have committed no crimes. All persons on U.S. soil have a right to due process. It has always been that way and just because we have a checked out septuagenarian in the White House doesn't mean that they had changed. Just look at all the court cases Trump has lost since taking office.

It could be argued that they committed a crime by entering the US illegally. But, shouldn't a judge rule on that??? And what proof is there of how they entered? I suppose not having proof of being a US citizen should be enough for a judge to rule...

Also you cherry picked one line out of the DHS release, but it did not hinge the entire conclusion on that one line/opinion.

That's more than good enough for me.

Any potential immigrant who want's to have full Constitutional rights, only needs to come in legally.
