General purpose light bar. Gather a bunch of similar power. Get some cheap thermal adhesive and a $8 aluminum bar from the hardware store. Glue them to the bar. Power the LEDs in series from a spare power supply you've got lying around.

This isn't for sale anymore as i found it at the last second and bought it but..
I got a heliopan es72 UV/IR filter for 0.99c!! Brand new in packet! Never used.. Supposedly they sell for over $200! Happy as! :)

Yeah I thought so. Mine has one already and they are very nice to have.
I even had a db25 extension so I can use it not attached to the back of the PSU.

Mi has been selling these for years but only recently were they this cheap.
last year there was a post heads-up that MI was accepting 75$ offers so it was speculated that Mi had gotten a sweet deal on a large number.-They used to be hard to find under 100$ i have two- i like the better version(2500 and 2505 iirc) with the Liq. crytstal display show the mW output and Amps.

I put mine on a long db25 printer cable so i do not have to sit next to my ML PS.
Argons are nice at idle but being able to turn the amps up is mo betta.

time to get them out for a maint. run--I need some new Pics of the ML on the silicon grating i have..i love all those lines..hk

How close is mW output on the display to actual mW output?

There are remotes that will show mW? Wait is that what it shows when the remote is in light mode? I don't have a manual for my 2500 and thought that was the power level on a 1-100% scale. Time to do some research.

That's what I though too. But mine goes past that to 103.7 @ 10.38 amps? It's a new (less than 30hrs) 25mW ML JDSU. Does any one know what the small recessed switch on the right side does? Sorry for the hijack.

The meter in the head is more accurate than many commercial meters.

Or you can use any voltmeter between pins 8 and 22. The scale is 0.1V per mW.
