OdicForce - how long do they usually take to answer emails?

Three days ago (October 7, 2012) I sent them an email to ask them some questions about a laser module they sell. They haven't answered yet, so I need to know from whoever has already dealt with them: how long do they usually take to answer emails?
And in case I decide to order something from them: how much time does usually pass, from the moment an order is placed to the moment they actually ship it?

Any reputable internet company will/should respond within 1 to 2
business days.

Don't forget that recently there was/is a national Chinese holiday.
That may no doubt also affect sellers of any Chinese products.

Same for me, i've sent 2 day ago an email for info.
They are in UK and not in China.

They are an UK company as pointed out above.

I've had many dealings with odicforce, all of them a pleasure.

I ordered a S06J sled from them and they sent an SF-BW512, I contacted them about the error and he immediately shipped the correct sled before I returned the incorrect one, and included £4 in cash to cover the return postage...A1 service.

If you have mailed them and they havent responded, try mailing them again.

I know they are in the UK but I'm sure they get their
Lasers from China... hence the mention of sellers of
any Chinese products
in my post.
Perhaps Odicforce is a Chinese national and celebrates
the Chinese holidays (just a wild guess)

^^ Don't most re-sellers get their lasers from the far east?

And no , Jonathan Slater (odicforce) is an English guy, from Surrey.

I've gotten some stuff from Odicforce too. Takes a while, but it arrived. You get some nice UK stamps too.

Double post? I didn't see any double post? :eg:

I have just ordered and received something from Odic Force. I found Jon would sometimes answer my emails, other times he just hasn't.

In terms of actual ordering though this guy is amazing. Order was placed Friday afternoon, shipped Saturday and arrived Monday (I am based in the UK).

You can't argue with that service! He didn't respond to my one email directly but did add something to the order which acknowledged he had read it.

They are slow in responding to emails but they say this on the Odicforce website:

Our e-mail contact is odic@odicforce.com, however, this can be slower since our mailbox sometimes collects a lot of automatic e-mails and spam which delays us finding urgent messages.

I emailed them again after starting this thread, and I haven't received an answer yet.
Maybe someone here will help me in what I wanted to ask: they sell this module which, they say, needs a current of 600mA. However, they don't sell any 600mA PSUs, just a 500mA PSU. Is it powerful enough to power the laser anyway?
