The USPS has it's own rules regardless of state.
Your supposed to sign for all registered mail. The mailman probably was not paying attention. They have done this with me several times.

Just a few weeks ago I purchased something from another member here at LPF. I always pay extra to get the signature on delivery option. The mailman is supposed to have me sign for it. Instead he left it at the door. I went online the following day and checked. The mailman forged my signature. I assume he was just not paying attention when he delivered it, and was just too lazy to walk back and get it.
 





Wow, I never signed anything! And I always order online via USPS...wow, they're lazy. You know, they can get fired, even put in jail for forging your signature.
 
Most of the questions on this thread can be answered with google or customer support, please think before you ask..
 
Still have not got my laser from O-Like =[

I hope my laser comes soon, Im guessing Thursday? I just hope it comes before the weekend… You get yours Cooler =] ???
 
I haven't recieved my laser yet from Beamcheap... :/ maybe tomorrow after my surgery it will be here :D

I ordered from O-Like because everyone says the have a great rep, but its been 3 days since I made the paypal payment...and I have yet to get any sort of email from them.

I have used the contact us form twice, with no reply yet.

Anyone have any experience with this situation?

have you gotten a conformation e-mail saying that o-like received the payment? thats currently all that matters. i waited 5 days until i got an e-mail saying they shipped my package out, if thats what your waiting for.
 
yes, It takes a good bit of patience sometimes. You should download Skype and add o-like@live.cn . If you live in the US it'll be late in the evening, usually around 11:00, when Suzie gets on. :)
 
yeah it takes awhile, I ordered and still haven't recieved my laser, its been 15days...
