New lens for 200mw Dilda v1?

I have a 200mw Dilda v1 from DX and it didn't come with a lens..
Heard i could use an Aixiz one:

From what I understand, you are correct. An AixiZ lens will thread right in. See here:

I have AixiZ glass lenses for $6 dollars plus $3 dollars shipping. Or if you want more power, I can sell you a Meredith glass lens fit for AixiZ. This will give you 20% more power for red vs AixiZ acrylic. Or about 15 to 16% more power vs AixiZ glass. ($57 plus $3 dollars shipping)

What is the silver part in there..? Does the lens go in the cap or on top of the module?

The part you have circled in the picture is just an aperture hole for the beam to pass through. The lens is on the right side of the picture. It is threaded and has a slot across the top. Turning this will adjust focus...
