My question is if I buy

2W Copper 445nm M140 Blue Laser Module w x Drive 405 G 2 Glass Lens | eBay

What would be the most simple host/heat sink kit for me to use with dual 16340 3.7v 1200mah batteries? I don't know what all I need, or where to solder the + and - wires coming off of the x-drive. This will be my first build and I have no clue where to start. If someone could suggest a drop in setup host/heat sink for this particular diode/aixis module that would be great. Please help a noob put together his first laser! Thanks in advance guys.

Aurora C6 - DIY C6 Host Assembly I have 6 and I love them, They can fit 2 16340s or 1 18650 no problem

Heatsink for the C6 - Unanodized Aluminum Heat Sink

You also need a battery contact board, this provides connection from the batteries to the driver. Survival Laser Driver

Just so you know:
buck driver = 2 lithium cells
boost driver = 1 lithium cell

There are heaps of youtube videos of how to build a C6 laser so they explain the more complex parts such as pressing the board in the pill and stuff. Its actually really easy but good luck anyway :D

Thanks man! I appreciate that more than you will ever know! Especially the batter contact board haha, I so forgot about that.

McCrouse and others on this forum have great kits too, including the C6.

Thejoker301 and I are sponsoring a group buy for hosts that are machined and have a copper heat sink option that will be closing soon. They are awesome hosts for the price, which is very low, and would handle long duty cycles for this build.

Thank you for the offer, and I apologize for my late reply, but I purchased a c6 host from Survival Lasers already. Thank you for the offer though Sir.
