I have come to a decision to sell my 12x BR laser. I have have found myself using it less and less this past month. I enjoyed using it when I first built it. It still burns like a beast. SO, I know that whoever buys it will be using it more than I have been.
I made this laser on about the middle of January. It has a run-time of about 45min.

What is included (parts mostly supplied from jayrob):
12x from BDR-205BKS
Pocket Mini host
405-G-1 lens
copper heatsink
blue tritium
a handmade rubber focus ring
1 rechargeable battery

I'm thinking that $410 may be a good price for it. I'll include the charger for an extra $5. I'm open to any reasonable offers

its quite cheap but it might be a bit harder to sell as you dont have many posts and you have no rep. im not saying raise the price though.

I've sold a laser off this forum before. What is the usual price for a 12x?

The only 12X lasers I have sold at that price have been imperfect. One had a host that had minor wear to it, one had a spot which had a blotch on it when unfocussed, and the other....actually I am not sure if there was another. I usually try to price my 12X lasers at $400.
Also if anyone is waiting for me to pop up with one at $350 you will be waiting for a very long time. I am no longer building complete lasers for people (that PHR build I posted earlier today doesn't count) I guess you could say I pulled a Mohrenberg. Only without the Houdini part.
 
Well , 45 minutes ....Uhhhh...Is that continuous or momentary intermitent?
If I were you , $445.00 would be the rock bottom price! Although I would get someone to test it officially for severe fluctuations, if they exist. Dave are you game if asked?

That is a slick build. I really dig those pocket mini hosts. I have a few that I need to drop a 12x in.

$400 is a well placed price, I hope you sell it :cool:

I, and several other veteran members, are always willing to act as middle man for a sale, for just the cost of shipping

I'm saying that for the last 3 months, I have had only run it for that amount of time total. I haven't had it powered on for long periods of time on one use.
I don't know if a middleman is really needed, but if that's what it tale for it to sell, I guess that can be arranged.
