I know quite a few members, like Eudaimonium, Arayan, Bionic-Badger (isn´t he also from the European area?)

You can also count on me according monitoring the B/S/T section, and a bit the other categories on the forum. But I don´t have much time in the next weeks/months. Especially for the BST section, for reducing the thread generation delay, I would like to help if Ave and the mods decide so.

Do you (or anyone else) have any members you would recommend as a moderator?
We would prefer that the new moderator NOT be limited to only this board though

When someone tries to start a thread, the forum will let them build the thread (and hit "post")

However, it will not be displayed until a member of the admin team "approves" it

C0ldshadow has it set up so that all of the members of the admin team get an email when someone tries to start a thread

We think that this will get timely approval of qualifying threads

There will sometimes be a delay between when the poster hit "post" and when a mod logs on to approve the thread

I actually don't have enough free time to moderate anything, for the record, so I'd definitely decline that position.

I'm just interested in seeing why exactly do you consider me "not level tempered enough". Purely out of self-judgement and self-improvement reasons.

You're a very passionate person, and stand hard on your view point. This lets your emotions control your actions. I'm the same way.

A Mod needs to be passive, level headed, and with an open mind. Passionate people have a harder time being that way. Its not an insult, its a fact. I couldn't be a mod. I'd ban half the forum, LMAO.

You just proved my point. I wasn't attacking you, yet you jump right on the defense, and made some assumptions to strengthen your view point.

You never outgrow passion. Its not a sign of immaturity. Its not a bad thing to be passionate, its a character trait. We all have them. I would never want to change my passion. We all make mistakes, but we still are the person we are. If that makes any sense. The only thing that changes is our priorities.
