So I recently bought a 50mW laser and some Goggles, this was only about 4 days ago but the site still says prosessing, will this change? Or is it a static method of trackIng.

I am in the East Coast of America.

I bought a lazerer the 13 of february (monday) and still processing .. they ship in 7 days i think and we will receive a tracking code on our e-mail.
 
Do you have a tracking number yet? Is this what is showing your order as being processed?

If not then you will need to wait for an email with your tracking number.

Most companies can take up to 5 business day to get your order out if they have a large number of orders to process. It's nothing to worry about until it gets beyond that time frame.

Chinese tracking is crap, you cant go by it. Depending where you live expect 2-3 weeks. Unless you paid for EMS, then it should be under a week.

Just be patient I think max is very busy right now. My order took 15 day's to process but it is already in NY 5 day's later, please be patient and contact Max before complaining on the forum.

If it takes over 3 weeks to get your laser from them, then you have the right to be 100% disappointed. You need to get used to waiting weeks to get anything from China. If you dont want to wait, then by all means pay the ~$25 for EMS shipping, and get it faster.

China sends out so many items its nearly impossible for them to keep proper track of every single item. Lazerer, and every other Chinese laser companies all use this system. If you want/expect top quality shipping, then you must pat extra for it. The wait time is a good trade for the types of products you can buy, and the money you save.
 
I'm not asking for tracking, more like a user reassurance system. Does anyone think this laser will pass customs? What is the comment box for your order for? Will someone read that? If it wont be accepted into the USA what would happen? I hear this Max guy is reliable, but I have never bought anything above 5mW and are questionite about everything.
 
Its all a crap shoot really. If you want no problems then you need to purchase a laser from a Government approved laser retailer in your country. Or build your own. Thats what we are here for.:beer:
 
It's been 1 month and 13 days for me. (Still processing) I'm sure they are just really busy.
 
They were closed until the beginning of February due to a Chinese holiday. I'm assuming that there was a backlog of orders and Max is trying his best to get them all out ASAP. Email him or PM him on here about your order.

My Laser status has changed to shipped. i hope to receive it soon, if at all. A whole month is a long time to just send it out. Maybe they do new orders first?

More likely they shipped but never updated the status.

I've had things show up at my door step, that I'm sure still show processing or in transit somewhere.

30 days from purchase contact seller and ask for tracking or proof of shipping. If you still don't have an item, open dispute day 40-44. Gives you a couple more weeks, and if you still don't get what you ordered you'll get your money back.

In general though, with chinese companies, order and forget, don't come back to it until a month passes.

omg now im 200% dissapointed with lazerer... i waited 2x than you and mine is still not shipped :confused:

You're bitching about having to wait for 8 days? :crackup:

If you wanted express shipping, and processing you should have paid for it.

Or you should have ordered elsewhere. I'm sure laserglow or optortonics can overnight a unit to you, but you will PAY for it.

Normally shipping from china takes 2-4 weeks at a minimum.

So when you're getting free shipping... what exactly are you complaining about?
