Laserbtb ?

Hi, 2 days ago i ordered a 80 mW laser pen from laserbtb and on my order it still says "paid" also i sent a mail yesterday and today still no response, is that normal or should i worry?

in the world of the internet you should allow 24-48 hours for a person to respond, if not by then you could try sending them another email, be patient though

i just recieved a response so it's all good they told me they're very busy these days .

I got the same response. I ordered a 445nm 750mW Sunday the 18th and received no response or word except my order status changed to "in production" a few days later. I emailed them the Wednesday (28th) a week and a half later, received no response, then again on Friday (30th) and received two responses that they were "very busy" Saturday morning. That afternoon the laser showed up on my doorstep, and it still says "in production" on the website
