Laserbtb tracking

Hey guys, i just got my tracking number from laserbtb ( via hongkong airmail )
but when i enter my tracking number i get this

to promptly retrieve the record of your item, please key in your Enquiry Reference Number (if available), for example, 05000123A:

and if i enter nothing it says :
The tracking result of the item (RC857472636HK) is presently not available. Please try again later.

does anyone know how i fix this?

That happens almost consistently. International tracking from hk/china area doesn't really work until weeks later or after the package has arrived in the dest. country.

Does anyone know how long it will approx. take for the laser to get to me after it has left hong kong?

Depends on when you ordered it really, and what kind of shipping you chose.
