Laserbtb, skylaser review (not good)

So i order-
LP 532nm 1-150
On December 1 and got it on the 27th which is not bad. But i got it with a jammed key end on the laser and a broken key!
Even though the arrows on green it wouldnt work and the key doesnt change anything. Im not even sure if it would have worked if it wasnt jammed and by that if it had been the power i ordered.i honestly regret it, but customer service is pretty good, so i had to make a video and several pics and now i have
To send it in. Should i ask for a replacement or a refund because im not sure if it us good or not?

Replacement, I've got the 300mw 532nm and it overspec and very good quality. They will probably send it back to you with upgraded shipping, there a good company and we currently have a group buy going with them.

Ohh can you give me a link to the group buy im not sure if they can gbbe me credit for it and i can them buy it with the group buy or i should just simply replace it?
