I woke up this morning with a email notifiaction from usps that my laser was out for delivery.
Shipping: i ordered it on june 27th and recieved it today, it took longer than usual because i ordered somthing else that was out of stock.
Customer service: the customer service was good considering they are 12hrs ahead of my time, they responed to all my questions that night.
Packaging: the laser came well packed, it came in a box then bubble wrap then a aluminum and plastic case.
The laser. The laser is very well made especially for the price. It also has a very nice weight to it id say maybe around 1lb. When i turned it on my room was bright blue i had to put on my laser glasses. It seems to burn very very fast, light a match in less than a second and even sketch on wood! The beam is ao bright you can see it in daylight! The laser has a very sturdy feel and it WOULDNT break if i droped it. The shutter moved smooth as imagined. The tail cap screws on nicely and smooth. It recommends to use 16340 but i use the AW IMR 18350 it seems to fit better and batterys last long in it. Overall i am very pleased with my laser. Ill try to upload pics in the comments.
