Laser Build help?

I'm currently planning on building a laser using this Ultrafire C3 Flashlight casing :Ultrafire C3 Stainless Steel Cree Q5-WC 5-Mode 190-Lumen Memory LED Flashlight (1*AA/1*14500) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme
But i'm not exactly sure what i need to build this.
I have a laser module 11.9mm already.
Is there a tutorial or guide?

You might want to buy a kit instead of a whole flashlight. Survival Laser sells them among others.

Oh, and P.S. stainless is crap for a heat sink. Don't buy that one.
