settled on 123.

Now we're dealing with the bank paperwork, inspections, ect...

Somehow, even with 100% financing we're still spending tons of money on this! We've spent over 4100 this month, and we only have 2000 in bills. So i'm kind of glad I didn't drain the checking for the krytons at this moment.

We still have other things to purchase with the home once we move in. Like installing a new chain link fence, new washer/dryer, and new carpeting for the basement.
Oh, and my HD projector for the basement living room (If I can keep from tearing the diodes out of it)

Yeah as long as they don't nickel and dime us to death. I paise for the usda appraisal over the phone to speed things up and they charged us 525 instead of 425 angelos said they'd fix it at closing....so we'll see....

Edit: phone auto correct. Too lazy to fix it....

Speaking for myself only, I would be perfectly ok sending you a payment, not expecting anything for 2-3 months, or however long it takes.
 
I don't like to take money for something unless i'm going to have it in the next 1-2 weeks
 
Well let me know when you do because I would be interested in at least 2 of these as I was before.
