Is there a purpose for this?

I pulled a Li-po battery out of a wii fit balance board with Trapazoid USB plugin for charging and the battery itself is a 3.7V 1100mAh.

It seems like a potential future project find. But,

Is it useable?

Why wouldn't it be?

I doubt its a very practical form factor, but from an electrical standpoint the battery would be fine and you can used the circuitry that came with it to charge it from 5 volts.

Just be sure you ONLY charge a Li-Po with a Li-Po charger. Otherwise at best, you'll have a nice little fire, and at worst.. Boom.. with you holding it.
