is Techlasers is a CNI laser???

Hi, im new here , im from thailand
i have some question,

is Techlasers is a CNI laser???
why is so cheap??
if i cut out the Techlasers service , is TL product is good?(i mean the Value of price of lasers and lasers is it worth ) i dont care about service

cos i buy crossfire 250 from them and it arrive but my office is holiday i will get it on jan 2nd 2008. I know, a lot of people that buy laser from them say that Techlasers is very bad.

Hm, earlier it seemed they may have been selling LBTB units. Now I'm confused. I guess they may be CNIs but something just seems fishy now :-/. Sorry
