Identifying a Diode

I have extracted a mystery red burning diode from an LG GSA-H55N DVD burner. Does anyone know the specs for this diode or how to find them out?

I took one out of a LG GSA4167. Do your diode markings match mine?

I used the LM317 based driver and drive it at 350mA and it burns nicely :drool:
