I am a newb myself and got kinda the same answer... READ READ READ!!! if your just into this just to build a laser that burns things then maybe this hobby isnt for you. My eyes have been sore from reading recently and i still know nothing in comparison! These guys are very serious and very smart. Take your time! There are a bunch of terrible newb build vids on youtube as well as some very nice ones... so sift through them..research!!! get GOGGLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
