Uh, just peel it off and rub off any residue that might still be on there?

Ive done that to my 10mw red along with all my keychains but they always left glue behind, no matter how much i rub

Depending on if you are in the US or not, you should be able to pick up Goo Off at pretty much any store that has cleaning supplies (Walmart, K-Mart, some hardware stores, "big box" type home improvement stores, etc.)

Peace,
dave

**EDIT** P.S.  Goo Off is flammable.  Make sure it has evaporated completely before you fire up the laser again   :o

**2ND EDIT** <sheesh> Goo Off and Goo Gone will both work.

You can also use acetone, or many other hydrocarbon-ketones.

Thanks guys! [smiley=dankk2.gif] and i'll try to stay away from flamable stuff even though it's only 5mw

I think that an alcohol pad will also work, it might leave some residue behind but it will not be sticky.

Try some degreaser ;), I think that's what those goo off things are based on.

When I take a sticker off, I use the sticker and dab the residual adhesive with the sticky part until it takes it all off. Works better than goo gone and doesn't leave your laser greasy or smelly.
Other than that, hot water and alcohol.

I did try nail polish remover (it's really strong and use it to CLEAN only) it managed to remove most of it but it didn't leave it very smooth or shiny. i alredy ordered goo gone so i'll see how that works out.

Rubbing alcohol (AKA isopropyl alcohol (AKA isopropanol)) is your friend.

Hey, i know it's to late but does removing the sticker void your warranty?
