What he said ^^^

Yea i tried.Look how it looks with out the lens

What do you expect without a lens?

Which/what laser is it, from where?

Return it for replacement or refund--get a better quality laser.

Lol,ok.The knob is turning the lens.i ve tried everything.Agter a charge it looked like this.

You said it just came today? Take the battery's out FIRST and then look inside the lens area to see if any packing material got in. The lenses on these 301. 303's, don't usually come off easy and most of the time it's just the focus knob only and not the lens that unscrews. Need more info or some more pic's and like Encap said return it for another maby before destroying it..

Guyz, idk how to say this, but i think i touched the lens with a match. And now it looks like this.I tried to clean the lens but nothing.Imma sendbit back tommorrow

These low power 532nm DPSS lasers have acrylic lenses. That means plastic. Unlike the glass lenses you find in higher power lasers these acrylic lenses will melt if heated. If you were trying to light a match and the flame or match got onto the lens, it is a lost cause now. Buy another one. They are ~$5.00 on eBay.
