Green lazer 5mw batteries

Maybe this laser non operating in minus celcius temperature?In outside after some time beam spot weak.In rom plus temperature laser beam back strong.

It will really help if you tell us where you are. Green lasers are very sensitive to temperature. Operating them in extreme temperatures will cause the output to drop. It is normal for green lasers to increase in power when it warms up.
